We are a marketplace specializing in natural pellets from sustainably managed forests. Our platform brings together selected selected sellers through Belgium, all respecting high quality and durability standards. In parallel, our blog in depth explores various aspects linked to pellets and ecology, offering practical advice and inspiring information to encourage lasting daily gestures.

How can I place an order?

To make a purchase, start by entering your postal code into the search bar on the home page. This will allow you to discover the available pellets near you. After choosing the product that suits you, you just have to validate your order and make the payment. We have designed this process so that it is as fluid and fast as possible, in order to offer you a pleasant experience.

What payment methods do you accept?

In order to simplify your transactions, we accept several payment methods, including the credit card, Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard. All operations are secure, guaranteeing the protection of your personal and financial data.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times may vary depending on the seller and the carrier chosen. In general, each seller has 5 days to ship their order. As soon as your order is on the way, a confirmation email will be sent to you containing details on the scheduled delivery date.

What if I receive a defective or incorrect article?

If you receive an item that does not correspond to your order or which presents a defect, we recommend that you send photos of the product to email info@drbiver.com. Our team will make every effort to solve the problem quickly and effectively to guarantee your satisfaction.

What is your return policy?

For returns, we seek to best solve the problems that may arise. If you wish to obtain a refund, this is possible provided that the item is returned within 7 days in its original and sealed packaging. Note that the products sold are not eligible for a return.

Do you provide international shipping options?

Currently, we do not offer an international shipment. Our service is limited to Belgium to guarantee the quality of our deliveries.

Is there a minimum order?

Free delivery applies to customers buying a full palette (65 or 70 bags, depending on the pellet brands). The delivery service is only accessible with the purchase of a full palette. Delivery is not available for bag purchases.

What are your commitments in terms of eco -responsibility?

Our commitment to the environment is reflected in the selection of sustainable products that respect nature. We favor practices that minimize our ecological impact while offering our customers reliable solutions.

Do you have physical points of sale?

Yes, withdrawal of pellet bags is possible in all our points of sale

Why are there not pellets in my region?

We are actively working to establish partnerships with sellers in your region. Currently, we have not yet found a supplier of pellets which meets our quality criteria while respecting our values ​​related to the maintenance of the forests from which the pellets come. We always favor quality, which can sometimes take a little more time. However, you can click on this link to fill out a form and be informed when pellets are available in your region.
