How can I place an order?
To make a purchase, start by entering your zip code in the search bar on the home page. This will show you the pellets available in your area. Once you've chosen the product that's right for you, simply confirm your order and proceed to payment. We've designed this process to be as smooth and quick as possible, to provide you with a pleasant experience.
What payment methods do you accept?
To simplify your transactions, we accept several payment methods, including Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard. All transactions are secure, guaranteeing the protection of your personal and financial data.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times may vary according to the seller and carrier chosen. In general, each seller allows 5 days for delivery. As soon as your order is on its way, a confirmation email will be sent to you with details of the expected delivery date.
What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
If you receive an item that does not correspond to your order or has a defect, we recommend that you send photos of the product to [email protected]. Our team will do its utmost to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently to guarantee your satisfaction.
What is your returns policy?
In the case of returns, we will do our best to resolve any problems that may arise. If you wish to obtain a refund, this is possible provided that the item is returned within 7 days in its original sealed packaging. Please note that products on sale are not eligible for return.

Is there a minimum order?
Free delivery applies to customers purchasing a full pallet (65 or 70 bags, depending on pellet brand). The delivery service is only available with the purchase of a full pallet. Delivery is not available for bag purchases.

Do you have physical sales outlets?
Yes, you can collect bags of pellets from any of our sales outlets.

We are actively working to establish partnerships with sellers in your area. At present, we have yet to find a pellet supplier who meets our quality criteria while respecting our values linked to the upkeep of the forests from which the pellets come. We always give priority to quality, which can sometimes take a little longer. However, you can click on this link to fill in a form and be informed when pellets become available in your area.
