Return time
You have a period of 7 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your intention to return a product.
Return conditions
The returned products must be in their original state, not used and not open. They must also be returned to their original packaging. Articles that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@drbiver.com by indicating your order number and the reasons for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Return
The return costs are your responsibility, unless the product received is defective or does not correspond to the order. In this case, we will cover the return costs.
Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you by e-mail of the approval or refusal of your reimbursement. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your initial payment method within 14 days.
Trade
If you want to exchange a product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired product.
Non -retourable items
Some articles, such as personalized or perishable products, cannot be returned. Please check the product description to find out if this applies.
