Return time
You have 7 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your intention to return a product.
Return conditions
Returned products must be in their original condition, unused and unopened. They must also be returned in their original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Return shipping costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product received is defective or does not correspond to the order. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the returns process above and place a new order for the desired product.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items, such as personalized or perishable products, cannot be returned. Please check the product description to see if this applies.
